At this level, candidates are assumed to be familiar with the use of BIM in the project management processes and the post construction applications by understanding the concepts of project controls, execution plans, BIM based workflows, authoring guidelines, facility information management etc. The main goal of this subscheme is to ensure that the candidates hold the knowledge and skills to develop the required documents, to handle contractual aspects, digitization procedures, BIM workflows, QA/QC regulations, in addition to the full awareness of using BIM as a design, project and facility management tool. Candidates need to have sufficient capabilities as well, to develop the BIM capacity within their organizations as well as drafting the road map for acquiring sufficient resources and manage them under the organization’s digital policies and strategies.
